Curriculum-aligned, experiential programs for schools across India — designed with safety built into every step, not added as an afterthought.
Before any group travels, we confirm:
Six safeguards we put in place for every school group, no exceptions, regardless of destination or batch size.
Every school tour includes travel insurance coverage, providing an additional layer of protection for students and the school during the journey.
Every hotel, transport operator, and activity partner is background-checked and verified before onboarding — covering safety certifications, licenses, insurance, and service history.
Our team physically surveys the route, stops, and destination before every school group travels — so there are no surprises on the day of the trip.
A trained first-aid kit, tie-ups with nearby hospitals along the route, and a clear emergency response plan are in place for every tour, from departure to return.
During the tour, the group's live location can be followed on the Wandertrup portal. Schools and parents can both track the children's journey in real time, giving full transparency and peace of mind from start to finish.
Child safety is at the heart of every school tour. Wandertrup follows the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and operates under its own written POCSO policy, so schools and parents can send their students with confidence.
